U.T.S. designed and built ride on thermoplastic machine with rotating kettle and head

  • 450+L capacity

  • Tungsten carbide faced gates are standard.

  • 10 minute swap over.

  • Spring pin locking of kettle, head and seat assembly. Seat assembly on rollers.

  • German Grammer air suspension seats – used by CAT.

  • No hot oil hoses to disconnect.

  • Using hot oil gear pumpnever have to bleed the system.

  • Fiberglass flip rear cover for good access. Disconnect Deutch plugs to rear lights, remove 2 pivot bolts and take away for full access.

  • Laser cut and folded chassis bolted together like a truck to negate weld failure. Enormous reduction of flexing.

  • Utilised as many off the shelf components stocked here as possible. Not on the shelf with suppliers in Aus. we stock it.

  • Quick compressor and pump belt replacement and tensioning.

  • Compressor (same as on Borum) on LHS so you can see sight glasses and we stock them and their filters.

  • Old style wiring and relays. No CAN bus. Any competent auto elec. should be able to fix it.

  • Arrowboard and beacons, dual footswitches, dual sight pole and head raise/lower switches – standard fitment the list goes on………
